Position Overview:

The Manager of Employee Relations and Compliance Investigations is responsible for upholding the organization's ethical standards and investigating any instances of non-compliance. This role requires the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts, contributing to the formulation of innovative principles and concepts. The individual will tackle complex challenges and devise highly creative solutions, operating with significant autonomy in decision-making and supervising staff across both firm and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to business partners and internal teams by interpreting policies and offering analytical assistance for policy development related to disciplinary actions, performance, compliance, and other relevant matters.
  • Manage and mentor junior investigators, ensuring effective performance management and professional growth.
  • Lead comprehensive investigations into internal policies and the Code of Conduct, from initiation to resolution.
  • Utilize data to identify trends and gaps, establishing priorities and actions to address identified issues.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating to resolve escalated concerns across various segments and business locations.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) or 12 years of EEO experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Familiarity with Convercent is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
