The manager will operate with significant autonomy and oversee a team of investigators, guiding them in both professional and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of investigators, ensuring effective performance management and development.
- Conduct thorough investigations related to internal policies and the Code of Conduct, managing the process from initiation to resolution.
- Analyze data to identify trends and gaps, developing actionable strategies to address compliance issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to collaboratively resolve escalated concerns across various business segments.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
