Position Overview:

The Employee Relations and Compliance Investigation Manager is responsible for upholding the organization's ethical standards and investigating any instances of non-compliance. This role involves applying advanced principles and concepts to tackle complex issues and devise innovative solutions. The manager will operate with significant autonomy and oversee staff in both operational and technical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of investigators, focusing on performance management and professional development.
  • Conduct thorough investigations related to internal policies and the Code of Conduct, ensuring a comprehensive approach from initiation to conclusion.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and gaps, developing actionable strategies to address identified issues.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to collaboratively resolve escalated concerns across various business segments.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) matters, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Convercent is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in gathering factual information.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 annually. This range reflects typical compensation and is part of a comprehensive benefits package.
