Account Executive

We are seeking an accomplished sales executive to join our team as an Account Executive - Private Label Beverages. In this role, you will be responsible for all sales activities from generating leads to closing sales in assigned channels with a primary focus on creating sales opportunities in the ready-to-drink private label beverage market.

Key Responsibilities- Achieve annual company revenue plan and sales targets.
- Build the sales pipeline to achieve growth objectives both short and long term.
- Create and use a yearly sales plan with formal objectives for the assigned customer base.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Work cross-functionally with Applications, OPS, and QA on custom projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Food Science and 1-3 years professional selling experience in the food & beverage retail branded or private label industry OR
- 2-4 R & D / technical experience supporting outside sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - 85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) company matching, eligibility for monthly/annual bonuses, paid time off, and volunteer/community involvement opportunities.
