Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Laborintos. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in an account executive position or similar.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
