Job Summary

Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Vascular Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our vascular access product line in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including infection preventionists, directors of nursing, and clinical coordinators.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our vascular access solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of vascular access products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
