Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Wise Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales team is competitive and effective.
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage sales department financial data to optimize profitability.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer loyalty.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the sales team to ensure the right inventory mix is available to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, excellent customer service and negotiation skills, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
