About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building relationships and developing referrals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market research and create a dynamic sales plan to drive business growth.
  • Referral Development: Identify and develop referral sources to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targeted occupancy and sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and referral sources.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the presentation and value of Sunrise's products and services, and manage the department budget to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Training and Leadership: Provide training and leadership to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Experience: Successful marketing and sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Skills: Goal achievement oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities, planning and negotiating skills, and proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Sunrise applications.
