Job Title: Business Development Director

Location: New York City (hybrid)

Role Overview

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing members to drive sustainable growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospects through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate the benefits of membership to key contacts through various channels.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on performance indicators.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance membership offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to highlight the value of ANA membership.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and planning to support the organization's growth.
  • Travel may be required as part of the role.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on C-Suite engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to manage complex relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, technology, and business planning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Total Rewards Package

Starting salary range of $95,000 to $105,000, based on qualifications.
