As a Customer Support Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service by efficiently managing inquiries through calls and emails from our valued customers. You will engage with our offerings, addressing any questions and concerns raised.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a dynamic team to support a busy Customer Support department, handling both inbound and outbound communications while striving to maintain a low call abandonment rate.

- Provide accurate information regarding loans, credit cards, and credit assessments to assist customers in making informed financial decisions.

- Cultivate and maintain strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective questioning, while adapting your communication style to suit various audiences.

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products, procedures, and systems, ensuring your knowledge remains current.

- Adhere to compliance requirements while operating within a regulated environment.

- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring fair treatment of customers in line with TCF principles and data protection regulations.

- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, offering clear explanations or resolutions.

- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage customer inquiries efficiently, balancing quality and volume.
