Position Summary

As a Receptionist at Paws Pet Resort & Spa, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment and making a positive first impression. Your duties will encompass managing phone inquiries, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling administrative responsibilities, and offering support to various departments as needed. Comfort and capability in interacting with diverse breeds and sizes of dogs are essential. Strong multitasking and time management skills are crucial for success in this role, which requires flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Collaborating with staff, supervisors, and management to ensure the objectives of Paws Pet Resort & Spa are consistently achieved.
  • Managing incoming phone calls, setting up appointments, and responding to messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitating client check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
