Your Role and Responsibilities

This is a valuable opportunity to engage with our core brand and communications strategy while participating in various daily activities, including:

  • Collaborating with the Business Development Executive to assist the Business Development team.
  • Collecting market intelligence, including insights on industry trends, events, and competitor analysis.
  • Exploring innovative online marketing strategies and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Managing promotional marketing materials and facilitating order placements.
  • Creating compelling content such as articles, case studies, brochures, blogs, social media posts, emails, and videos, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
  • Assisting in the preparation of bids and tenders for specific inquiries and framework contracts.
  • Gathering customer feedback and responding to inquiries.
  • Coordinating and executing events, including social gatherings, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities, while managing logistics for successful outcomes.
  • Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications for Success

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, ideally with a 2.1 classification.
  • A methodical and organized approach, with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn within a close-knit team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative flair for designing marketing materials, with experience in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) being advantageous.
