Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client needs promptly.
  • Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and management to achieve the goals of Paws Pet Resort & Spa.
  • Managing incoming phone calls, scheduling reservations, and responding to inquiries via voicemail and email in a professional manner.
  • Facilitating the check-in and check-out process for clients following established procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, reservation software, etc.).
  • Reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive approach to challenges and a willingness to take on new projects.
  • A background in or a strong interest in the pet care industry.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
