About the Role

The Project Scheduling Specialist will play a crucial role in coordinating installation projects with clients, third-party inspectors, and installation teams while ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the project pipeline to establish and synchronize site work dates with clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients throughout the scheduling process.
  • Update and manage client records within the company database.
  • Aim to meet and exceed monthly installation targets.
  • Work diligently to understand and address client concerns and objections.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills via phone, email, and text.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior experience is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is also preferred.
