At Kuhn Volkswagen, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all service customers receive prompt responses to telephone and online inquiries. You will focus on assisting customers with scheduling service appointments, calling and emailing customers to confirm their appointments, following up with missed appointments, contacting customers with outstanding safety recalls and lapsed vehicle service, and initiating outbound communication regarding service needs and available offers to establish service appointments.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of services.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns.
  • Contact customers with outstanding safety recalls and lapsed vehicle service.
  • Initiate outbound communication regarding service needs and available offers.
