Business Development Executive

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our light industrial staffing services in the Tampa Bay area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or light industrial sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Sales: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the light industrial sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, industry needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
