Sales Enablement Strategist

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Sales Enablement Strategist to join our team at ROLLER. As a key member of our Platform Education department, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth of our sales teams by coordinating sales enablement efforts.

Your primary focus will be on crafting impactful onboarding programs that ignite excitement and curiosity, making learning both fun and effective. You'll work closely with our learning design, product marketing, and sales teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop tailored enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting onboarding programs that drive results
  • Identifying and addressing ongoing sales enablement needs
  • Measuring impact and communicating results
  • Culture catalyst: shaping a culture of learning and growth
  • Continuous content optimization: ensuring all sales enablement content stays relevant and impactful

What You'll Need:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales enablement
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and qualification frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term sales enablement needs

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
