Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Director of Sales Growth at CrowdStrike, Inc.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and ramp
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and conduct employee training using various instructional techniques and delivery methods
  • Build credibility as an experienced sales coach and mentor sales representatives and leaders on the mechanics of the sales process, sales methodology, and qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
  • 5+ years of sales experience in complex selling environments
  • Recognized capabilities in leading sales methodologies and coaching frameworks

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year
