Role Overview


">

We're seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Strategist to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Platform Education. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the growth of our sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and driving revenue acceleration.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales methodologies and be able to craft impactful sales onboarding programs that ignite excitement and curiosity among new hires. They'll also be responsible for identifying knowledge gaps within the sales teams and developing targeted enablement initiatives to address these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging sales onboarding programs that accelerate new hire ramp-up and improve sales performance
  • Identify and address knowledge gaps within the sales teams through targeted enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with learning design, product marketing, and sales teams to develop effective enablement strategies
  • Measure and communicate the impact of sales enablement initiatives on revenue outcomes
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales teams

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales enablement with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and enablement best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze data to inform enablement decisions
