Position Summary:
The Junior Advertising Operations Specialist is tasked with evaluating business metrics to discern trends and insights, crafting reports and dashboards for effective data communication, and implementing enhancements based on analytical findings.
This role also includes presenting insights to internal teams, managing various projects, and proposing new technologies or processes to align with organizational goals.

Data Evaluation and Reporting:
Collect and assess qualitative and quantitative data related to diverse business metrics such as advertising effectiveness, user engagement, customer feedback, refunds/credits, and revenue generation.
Develop thorough reports and dashboards to convey key metrics and insights.
Analytical Problem-Solving:
Identify areas for enhancement within the data and implement data-driven solutions.
Address challenges, anticipate business requirements, and tackle issues or trends identified in the data as necessary.
Effective Communication:
Share insights with internal teams, emphasizing opportunities and challenges in a clear and concise manner.
Organize, track, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Skills:
Recommend the adoption of new technologies and/or business processes that align with organizational objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
One or more (1+) years of relevant analytical experience in similar roles or industries.
Strong statistical analysis or modeling capabilities.
Adaptable and open to embracing new technologies and methodologies.
Experience with data analysis tools and software pertinent to the role (e.g., Z-Score or Standard Deviation, SQL, Excel, Sigma, Snowflake, Python for data analysis, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) is preferred.
Advanced statistical analysis or modeling skills, familiarity with machine learning techniques could be advantageous but not essential for the core responsibilities of the role.
Compensation Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $80,000.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be contingent on several factors including, but not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc.
Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be influenced by work location.Prodege provides a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and basic life insurance.
