POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources and Operations Specialist will oversee a range of administrative and operational functions to ensure the seamless execution of daily business activities while supporting the HR department. This individual will possess strong communication and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously. Operational Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure effective business functionality.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain data to support operational decision-making.
  • Implement and manage systems and tools to streamline company information and enhance business processes.
  • Assist operational leaders with invoice processing and expense management.
  • Monitor project timelines, follow up on deadlines, and coordinate team meetings as necessary.
  • Track compliance deadlines and maintain comprehensive records across all departments.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing documentation for new hires, coordinating orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new team members.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and current employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company policies.
  • Benefits Management: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, modifications, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel as needed.
  • Payroll Assistance: Aid in payroll processing by collecting necessary information and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies, assisting in audits and maintaining required documentation.
  • HR Initiatives: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
