Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager and Senior Coordinator in organizing training sessions coordinated by the Human Resources Department.
- Manage access to the Company Security Database, issue employee badges, and coordinate various employee recognition gifts.
- Provide backup support to the HR Coordinator as necessary.
- Deliver administrative assistance to the Human Resources Management team on an as-needed basis.
- Prepare orientation materials for all companies supported by the El Segundo location.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate management personnel.
- Prepare Length of Service Awards for recipients, including obtaining necessary signatures from Directors.
- Assist in organizing company events and maintaining the phone list.
- Oversee the Monthly Carpool Program backup.
- Perform filing, answer phones, and carry out other clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles supporting multiple managers.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma.
- Preferred: Some college education in areas such as English, Business Writing, or Business Management.
- Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent is highly desirable.
