Job Overview
Compensation:
$20-23/hr.

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary role will involve overseeing technical challenges associated with our clients' Kiosk systems within their dining establishments. You will be tasked with liaising with field service providers to ensure proper maintenance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and identify technical issues during the deployment of kiosks.
2. Collaborate with field teams responsible for the physical maintenance of kiosks to ensure timely resolution of issues.
3. Track recurring technical problems and compile reports for the corporate office.

Qualifications
  • Basic IT technical knowledge and background.
  • A+ certification is preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is preferred (ServiceNow is a plus).
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
