Position: Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a proficient Desktop Support Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering technical assistance for user interfaces within a distributed computing framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance for desktop setups, software applications, and hardware configurations
  • Identify and resolve intricate desktop, operating system, application software, and hardware challenges
  • Oversee and organize network cable management initiatives
  • Contribute technical insights to the Desktop Services division
  • Independently evaluate and execute desktop solutions
  • Manage the lifecycle of desktop technology
  • Coordinate technical directives for desktop setups
  • Document modifications and updates to hardware/software
  • Conduct Data Center Operations and provide Hands and Eye Support

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a desktop support role
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
  • Intermediate proficiency with APPLE MAC systems
  • Capable of troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and networking systems
  • Skills in Audio Video setup and troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform printer maintenance tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification
