Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from identifying staffing needs to successfully closing hires.
  • Source potential candidates through various platforms and job boards.
  • Engage with candidates via phone, email, or in-person discussions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews for diverse roles within the organization.
  • Develop job postings that clearly outline qualifications and expectations.
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Research referrals and references to gain a comprehensive understanding of applicants.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with educational institutions and local organizations for recruitment events.
  • Prepare compelling hiring packages and communicate offers to selected candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Property Management to effectively identify suitable candidates.
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment, preferably in an agency or executive search context.
  • Comfortable with both cold and warm outreach methods for candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate metrics and inform strategic recruitment initiatives.
  • Professional demeanor in all communications, both virtual and in-person.
  • Excellent networking abilities to foster professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for recruitment activities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
