Your Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leadership, the Senior Recruiter delivers strategic talent consulting, ensuring the effective provision of services to stakeholders. You will design and execute recruitment strategies across the organization to attract a high-caliber workforce. Partnering with hiring leaders, you will identify talent acquisition strategies and assist in navigating complex hiring scenarios. The role requires building robust professional networks and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the job market.
As an experienced professional, you will leverage staffing techniques and concepts to enhance employment and sourcing initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing diverse and complex employment situations, identifying qualified candidates for professional roles, and exercising sound judgment in staffing assignments. You will engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Alongside the competitive salary range outlined below, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your experience at UCI. The anticipated salary range for this position is $$77,000 - $108,100 (Annual).
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; understanding of how various functions interrelate.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral processes.
- Familiarity with HR processes and documentation, along with organizational principles.
- Ability to collaborate with different HR areas related to employment functions.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for conducting needs assessments and candidate evaluations.
- Proven ability to identify problems and develop solutions in collaboration with business units.
- Experience in conducting complex analyses and formulating recommendations.
- Proficient public speaking skills, capable of effectively addressing large audiences.
- Ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing various sourcing techniques, including social media and database searches.
- Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, HRIS databases, and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience/training.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment within a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent experience with iCIMS.
- Background in Talent Acquisition within Healthcare or Academic settings.
