Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent for our organization. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the technical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
3. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
4. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including networking and online platforms.
5. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in technical roles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for the entertainment or technology sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
