We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Talent Acquisition Director to lead our recruitment efforts in the Southwest region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters and driving results through partnership with regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a full recruitment desk with dedicated internal customers
- Supervise and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful talent acquisition
- Partner with operational and business group leadership to drive talent acquisition strategies and align recruitment resources to business needs
- Conduct regular meetings and provide recruitment metrics to stakeholders
- Prioritize top roles within the region and develop strategies to fill critical positions
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance recruiter skills and knowledge
- Assess and balance recruiter workloads to ensure optimal performance
- Partner with the business to drive effective university relationships and talent pipelines
- Establish a team atmosphere and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with HR to contribute to the entire employee lifecycle
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience within the Region
- Previous experience leading recruiters or mentoring teams
- Expert-level knowledge of recruitment technologies and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive results
