Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Irvine-Area, CA

Compensation: The role offers an annual salary of $90,000 plus benefits, with some flexibility in compensation for the ideal candidate based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Work Arrangement: Candidates must be available to work onsite five days a week in Irvine, California. Relocation assistance is not provided, and candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

Eligibility: This position is for direct hires only; C2C (Corp-to-Corp), third-party companies, or 1099 contractors will not be considered. Sponsorship is not available now or in the future. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 7 years in recruitment is required, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of recruiters. Experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.

Bilingual Requirement: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.

Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities are necessary, along with a proven track record of developing and executing effective recruitment strategies within the insurance field. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is crucial.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and enhance the recruitment function across the organization. This full-time role requires onsite presence in Irvine, California, five days a week. Position Summary:
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager will be instrumental in steering the company's talent acquisition initiatives, particularly for roles within the insurance sector. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the specific talent requirements and regulatory standards inherent to the insurance industry. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring alignment with the company’s hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters focused on sourcing and hiring talent tailored to the insurance industry's specific needs.

Industry-Focused Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to devise and execute recruitment strategies that address the unique challenges and requirements of the insurance sector, including roles in underwriting, claims, compliance, and actuarial functions.

Comprehensive Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, emphasizing candidates with insurance industry experience. Ensure a seamless process that adheres to industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards.

Talent Acquisition Partnership: Work closely with department heads, particularly in insurance-related areas, to comprehend their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans that attract high-quality candidates familiar with the insurance landscape.

Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team, focusing on metrics relevant to the insurance industry, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention rates in industry-specific roles.

Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s employer brand within the insurance sector, positioning the organization as a preferred employer for top talent in this field.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory standards specific to the insurance industry, including state and federal requirements.
