Your Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant collaborates closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to provide strategic talent consulting, ensuring the effective delivery of recruitment services. This role involves the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a high-caliber workforce. The incumbent will work alongside hiring leaders to devise talent acquisition strategies and assist in navigating complex hiring scenarios. A strong professional network and a deep understanding of the current job market are essential for success in this position.


Key Qualifications

Essential:

  • In-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, with an understanding of how various functions interrelate.
  • Extensive experience in recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and candidate referrals.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and compliance with organizational principles.
  • Proficient in employment law and its application in recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conducting needs assessments and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify staffing challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Proficient public speaking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with large audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across various departments.
  • Experience utilizing diverse sourcing techniques, including social media and database searches.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, HRIS databases, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Recent experience with iCIMS software.
  • Background in Talent Acquisition within a Healthcare or Academic setting.
