Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing and nurturing Account Executives and Loan Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and source potential candidates for our Wholesale/Retail Division.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, including initial outreach, meetings, and follow-ups leading to employment offers.
- Develop strong relationships with Sales Leadership and the Executive team to align with their vision and priorities.
- Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
- Assess potential candidates' production using relevant data sources.
- Provide weekly updates to leadership documenting recruitment activities.
- Understand and embody the culture and vision of American Heritage Lending.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior recruiting experience is required, with at least one year in sales recruiting.
