Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Mentor and oversee a team of recruiters, focusing on sourcing and securing talent that aligns with the insurance industry’s unique demands.
Industry-Specific Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to devise and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the insurance sector, addressing roles in underwriting, claims, compliance, and actuarial functions.
Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, emphasizing candidates with insurance industry experience. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations throughout the process.
Talent Acquisition: Partner with department heads, particularly in insurance-related areas, to assess staffing needs and develop customized recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates familiar with the insurance landscape.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team, focusing on metrics pertinent to the insurance sector, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention rates.
Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s employer brand within the insurance industry, positioning it as a preferred employer for top talent.
Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory standards specific to the insurance industry.
