Job Summary

The Scheduler Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling department. This individual will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.


Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients and their families to gather information, provide instructions, and address concerns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the scheduling department, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.


Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer knowledge
