Position: Office Manager

Job Summary: We are in search of an Office Manager to enhance our administrative operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support to facilitate the success of our organization.

  • Compose and manage correspondences, documents, and electronic communications
  • Organize appointments, coordinate trade show participation, and welcome visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and oversee document management
  • Assist with financial record-keeping utilizing QuickBooks Pro 2022
  • Coordinate logistics with transportation partners
  • Act as a customer liaison and support brand promotional events

Responsibilities: This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the development of renewable energy projects, including solar installations and energy efficiency initiatives
  • Implement and manage the Construction Quality Control Program
  • Supervise contractors and subcontractors on construction sites
  • Manage project timelines, procurement, and budgets to align with client requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive individual with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Job Costing
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma; College Degree preferred
