Administrative Coordinator and Financial Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator and Financial Specialist. This role is essential in providing support to the Managing Partner and collaborating with various team members as required. The successful candidate will possess a background in assisting business owners and will appreciate the confidential nature of sensitive business information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing schedules, travel logistics, and vendor management
  • Executing bookkeeping duties such as processing payments, generating financial statements, and conducting data analysis
  • Participating in weekly discussions regarding financial updates and office matters
  • Coordinating office supplies, maintenance, and operational functions
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently within the office setting
  • Engaging with team members as needed for collaborative projects
  • This position requires in-office presence

We provide a competitive compensation package of $70k plus performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a relaxed workplace atmosphere. Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks is essential. The ideal candidate will become a vital member of our team and will be embraced as part of our work family.
