Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

Hours: Monday - Friday, either 8 am - 1 pm or 12 pm - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline office operations and support daily processes, supplies, and equipment management
  • Provide a welcoming experience for employees, guests, and visitors, creating a positive first impression
  • Ensure smooth workflows, communications, and logistics throughout the office
  • Manage the office badging system and report facility-related concerns to the appropriate department
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn, resourcefulness, and a commitment to helping others

Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the office, greeting employees, visitors, vendors, and interviewees in a friendly manner
  • Manage and maintain the badging system, running daily reports for office entry and security
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the functionality of office equipment, and liaising with the appropriate departments for repairs
  • Coordinate conference rooms for meetings, including room setup and catering orders
  • Assist with internal event planning, such as office celebrations or team lunches
  • Run daily reports, maintain detailed calendars, and coordinate schedules for the office
  • Create purchase orders (POs) and submit office expenses
  • Ensure all facility-related issues are raised promptly to the correct department
