Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Apptronik. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our reception environment and assisting in various office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent, professional reception coverage, greeting guests and visitors, and managing in/out logs.
  • Assist with daily conference room preparation, turnover, and restocking.
  • Maintain the front office aesthetics and perform daily kitchen maintenance and breakroom restocking.
  • Restock office supplies and assist with occasional events and social activities.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed and check voicemail, forwarding messages appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or customer service role (2+ years).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and punctual, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
