Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timekeeping and payroll.
- Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide administrative support to the field operations team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction office environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
