Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Tad PGS. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including setup, catering, and logistics.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of office administration and/or receptionist experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with scheduling software and travel coordination.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
