Job DescriptionThe Office Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company headquarters in Austin. This dynamic individual will serve as the first point of contact, overseeing daily office activities and providing exceptional clerical and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate office upkeep and appearance, including vendor relationships.
- Manage office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors, handling phone lines, and mail distribution.
- Maintain and organize office equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Assist in organizing office meetings, events, and team activities.
- Support the Human Resource department with expense reports and other administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office coordination or administration.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
