About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager at Hilti North America, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better by being their partner for productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and develop a work schedule that best suits your needs and those of your customers.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication, demonstrations of our latest tools, and high-level customer consultation.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and record sales progress.
  • Represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace and promote our products and services to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
  • Hands-on attitude, with the ability to demonstrate tools to customers and collaborate with various departments.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and be prepared to drive a company-provided vehicle.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills, with the ability to work a flexible and varied schedule.
  • Ability to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.
