Position Overview:

UPshow is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive individual to deliver exceptional service to our clientele. As a Client Operations Coordinator, your role will encompass both fulfillment and support operations.

This involves managing account setups and the distribution of hardware/software, as well as addressing issues throughout the customer's journey via phone and email.

Your daily responsibilities will include a variety of focused support tasks for our customers. Whether assisting with customer access to our tools, troubleshooting basic connectivity issues, or guiding them through device reboots, you will be prepared to share your expertise and provide top-notch assistance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new customer and replacement hardware orders through Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Establish organizations and accounts for new clients using UPshow's backend tool, including tailored features.
  • Utilize various Salesforce Sales Cloud queues to manage account cancellations, returns, and deprovision replacement devices.
  • Prepare and account for devices to be shipped with our third-party vendor.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to comprehend rollout schedules and requirements for Enterprise Clients.
  • Address inbound customer support tickets from conflict to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet connectivity, offline devices, login credentials, and the UPshow Manager platform, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work alongside Engineering to investigate, resolve, and conduct root cause analysis for customer escalations.
  • Manage reporting and daily tasks associated with our Proactive Device Health Program.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or technical support roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • General understanding of network connectivity and a passion for technology.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Google Suite, and Zendesk.
  • Self-motivated individual who is willing to take initiative.
  • Patient demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CT.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
