Become an integral part of our rapidly expanding team, gaining insights from experts in cloud technology while supporting the operational functions of our Customer Success and Cloud Services teams on a global scale. Your role will involve coordinating resources and maintaining client data in our cloud systems, ensuring that implementation timelines are met to enhance the customer experience.

Your Responsibilities Include...

  • Ensuring the accuracy of cloud-related client data and contractual information in systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams, including Cloud Operations, R&D, Pre-Sales, Sales, Legal, and Product Management, to facilitate successful cloud implementations.
  • Scheduling coordination with internal resources and partners to guarantee timely delivery of cloud services.
  • Creating and managing NPS templates, analyzing feedback and trends, and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing support to partners and responding to inquiries on behalf of Customer Success Managers as necessary.
  • Overseeing documentation for the Customer Success team, including both internal and external materials.
  • Engaging in data analysis projects aimed at automating processes, establishing reporting metrics, and aiding the team in making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Delivering project updates and analytical insights to stakeholders as required.
