Job Overview

Larson Maddox is looking for a dedicated Client Engagement Coordinator to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the onboarding of new clients, oversee account registration, and nurture ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate client onboarding, which includes preparing necessary account documentation and gathering essential client information.
  • Manage account maintenance tasks, including registration updates and profile modifications.
  • Process asset movements, such as journal entries, wire transfers, and electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
  • Support quarterly billing cycles and assist in performance reporting.
  • Collect tax-related information for clients and aid in tax reporting processes.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to:
    • Preparation of various documents, such as authorization letters, check-writing applications, and operational paperwork.
    • Communicate with management regarding compliance issues and regulatory inquiries.
    • Assist in trade execution and resolve any trade errors as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses is highly preferred.
  • Experience with estate management is advantageous.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Wealthscape Investor, and Black Diamond is preferred.
  • A demonstrated ability to adapt to new processes and technology platforms is crucial.
