Client Services Coordinator for a Leading Commercial Real Estate Firm

Bradford Allen, a prominent player in the commercial real estate sector, is looking to expand its team by hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support our agency leasing division.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the leasing team with the development of new business relationships and the management of existing client accounts. This position offers a pathway to a brokerage career for those interested.

Compensation: Salary is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and update all property listings using our online management system.
  • Collaborate across various departments to enhance leads, referrals, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of both digital and print marketing materials, including email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and client information packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting efforts, referrals, leads, and sales activities.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive database, ensuring information accuracy and capturing email addresses for future outreach.
  • Conduct research on potential leads and update the CRM with relevant information.
  • Prepare essential transaction-related documents such as lease proposals and client agreements necessary for commercial real estate dealings.
  • Identify new client opportunities through market analysis and leveraging the current client base.
  • Facilitate coordination between brokers and other departments in the preparation of marketing and presentation materials.
  • Perform financial analyses to support brokers in client presentations.
  • Assist with client pitches and meetings with prospects.
  • Manage social media accounts as needed.
  • Provide backup support for property showings.
  • Execute all standard responsibilities of a Broker Assistant.
  • Work closely with assigned brokers to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an Illinois Real Estate Broker's license, or willingness to initiate the process post-hire.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, marketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to engage in prospecting and business development activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, optimistic, outgoing, and a proactive self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through and set clear expectations with team members.
