Position Overview
The Client Services Coordinator will deliver professional and courteous service to our clients, producers, and internal personnel. With a positive demeanor, the Coordinator will provide exceptional support in acquiring, maintaining, expanding, and servicing our employee benefits accounts. The Coordinator will collaborate with producers to align with HUB's corporate objectives, carrier requirements, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to the service requests of our clients.
- Provide administrative and technical support to Producers to benefit clients and achieve the agency's strategic goals.
- Assist producers in adding coverages to existing accounts.
- Generate quote requests, spreadsheets, and related documents while ensuring their accuracy.
- Maintain oversight on renewals to guarantee timely preparation and processing.
- Prepare insurance summaries and proposals as necessary for account evaluations.
- Re-market renewals, communicate with clients, create renewal proposals, and manage other renewal activities in collaboration with the producer.
- Refer current and prospective clients to other departments for solicitation of additional lines of business.
- Adhere to all agency systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Possess a broad understanding of insurance products and their applications, with the ability to work independently.
- Utilize computer programs efficiently and understand their functionalities.
- Oversee tasks performed by Assistant Client Service Specialists.
- Maintain necessary client documentation.
- Retrieve carrier information from their platforms as needed.
- Update internal systems as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Experience working with computers in a Windows environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Above-average mathematical abilities.
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License is preferred.
