Hudson River Trading (HRT) is in search of a Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our Client Services division. This team is pivotal in sustaining a robust and efficient trading platform, which encompasses the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of trading activities, alongside managing risk, regulatory compliance, and development tasks within a live trading context.
As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison for addressing client inquiries and ensuring a smooth trading experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring client order flow
- Responding to external market alerts and disruptions
- Interfacing with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate trading
- Supporting communication regarding equity execution protocols
- Addressing client questions and concerns related to fills, orders, or trades
- Acting as a bridge between clients and HRT's internal teams and infrastructure
- Contributing to team-wide production management coverage on a rotational basis
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a trading desk support role or a similar capacity
- A solid understanding of on-exchange, off-exchange, and OTC products
- Experience with trading systems, particularly electronic trading
- Series 7/57 certification
- Experience in a client-facing business environment
