Position Overview

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is in search of a Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our Client Services division. This team is pivotal in sustaining a robust and efficient trading platform, which encompasses the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of trading activities, alongside managing risk, regulatory compliance, and development tasks within a live trading context.

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison for addressing client inquiries and ensuring a smooth trading experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring client order flow
  • Responding to external market alerts and disruptions
  • Interfacing with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate trading
  • Supporting communication regarding equity execution protocols
  • Addressing client questions and concerns related to fills, orders, or trades
  • Acting as a bridge between clients and HRT's internal teams and infrastructure
  • Contributing to team-wide production management coverage on a rotational basis
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a trading desk support role or a similar capacity
  • A solid understanding of on-exchange, off-exchange, and OTC products
  • Experience with trading systems, particularly electronic trading
  • Series 7/57 certification
  • Experience in a client-facing business environment
