**About Us**

Ferry International LLC is a leading provider of real estate coaching solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments and discuss our coaching solutions.

  • Prospect for new leads and generate referrals through entrepreneurial efforts.

  • Conduct 45-minute to 1-hour phone consultations with real estate agents to understand their needs and provide tailored coaching solutions.

  • Help agents find solutions and enroll them in our coaching programs or SaaS products.

  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on the value of coaching and our solutions.

  • Generate and track new leads using our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to discuss innovative sales strategies and best practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and customer service.

  • Confident and effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.

  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degrees preferred. At least 2 years of sales experience.
