The Hotel Front Desk Attendant is a full-time role requiring availability for four night shifts each week, including weekends.
We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to provide outstanding service to our guests at the SpringHill Inn & Suites. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing their information, assigning keys and rooms, and addressing any inquiries to ensure a pleasant stay.
Compensation:$17 - $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, distribute room keys, and securely handle payment information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that all guest accommodations are prepared and ready.
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage online and in-person reservations, providing information on room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Proficient in managing phone communications and adept at handling high-pressure situations.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities.
At SpringHill Inn & Suites, we pride ourselves on offering spacious accommodations that are 25% larger than standard hotel rooms. Our property is strategically located for convenience and comfort.
We are a franchise of Marriott, operated by a local Montana-based company.
