As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your duties will include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments, and addressing any inquiries to ensure a pleasant stay.
Compensation:The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17 to $18.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate their check-in and check-out processes, distribute room keys, and securely manage payment information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that all guest accommodations are prepared and ready.
- Handle incoming calls and online booking requests, providing information regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Proficient in managing phone communications and capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
